Who is Kunal?
Hey, I'm Kunal! I moved from India to America at the age of 5. Growing up in a middle-income, divorced household, I faced challenges like anxiety, depression, and perfectionism throughout my school years. I earned a double major in finance and business law from Indiana University, then started working a finance job at PNC Bank.
In January 2021, I was battling depression, suicidal thoughts, and substance abuse, while maintaining my corporate job, and started sharing my journey publicly. In March 2021, I was diagnosed with ADHD and used my platform to raise awareness about adult ADHD, which resonated especially with fellow immigrant and minority communities. By June 2022, I launched my personal brand, "The Kunal Lifestyle," aimed at raising ADHD awareness and empowering a community of 330,000 to manage their mental health.
